3.1 Order Cancellation

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• To cancel, email us at support@rjjewellery.com or call our helpline.

3.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only in the case of:

  • Damaged products upon delivery (with unboxing video proof)

  • Incorrect item received

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3.3 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for damaged or defective items only.

• To be eligible, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof.

3.4 Non-Refundable Items

• Used, worn, or altered products

• Products returned without original packaging
