1 Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.

2 Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3 Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above INR 499
• COD Orders: INR 50 COD charges applicable

4 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

5 Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of delays beyond 10 business days, please contact us. We’ll coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
